Built on the foundation of Gratitude, Resilience, Integrity and Transformation and further inspired by "The Serving Leader" (Ken Jennings & John Stahl-Wert) and the work of Simon Sinek, among many other thought leaders, the coaching framework of G.R.I.T. came to life to co-create your own dream team. The ICF defines coaching as partnering in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires maximized personal and professional potential.

"The Serving Leader" emphasizes "to be alive is to learn and grow" and identifies three high-level lessons leaders must embrace:

(2) Our response to failure is key
(3) Work and life must integrate
